Just headed up to Copper on Thursday, and checked out the Woodward barn. Last time I was in there (about three months ago), it was a hollow building. Can't say the same now.

The crew was getting ready to lay the Snow Flex, which happened on Friday.

The view from the top of the big drop-in.

It's intimidating, but with all that foam to land in, who cares.

On the left will be boxes and street rails. At the bottom of the run-out is a mini quarter pipe, with the option of a big log to stall on.

The prime skate bowl.

A mini, with prime views of the whole fun-zone.

Hidden in one corner is a mini-mini. Everywhere you look, something can be skated. Pretty rad.

Woodward at Copper opens on March 1, and after a brief training course, familiarizing yourself with the skate equipment, dry slopes, foam pits and trampolines, you'll be out having a great time. Be sure to check it out: woodwardatcopper.com.

Looks sick. Too bad they didn't build it in Denver. Another reason to live in Summit County. I can't believe they didn't make a bigger deal about it. It's buried on their website and the front page is bragging about the 5" of fresh.
