Day 1 of the North Face Masters of Snowboarding has been postponed due to weather. A combination of heavy snowfall, a week snowpack and poor visability led to Saturday's event being postponed till the following day. With the news of the contest being canceled the crew was eager to go take some pow laps.

Jess Turtur made the trip over from Jackson Hole and was killin it.

Stomped!

As the day went on the snow kept pilling up. We were told the roads in and out of the resort would close at 9:00pm and not re-open until 8:30am the following morning. How on earth were we going to get first tram up?

Our only option was to stay in the village of Snowbird if we wanted a chance at riding the contest next morning, we didnt want to risk the canyon road being closed all together. So we pitched in on a hotel room, $300.00 later a group of people that just met each other but share a mutual passion for POW are hold up in a hotel amongst stinky boots from all across the globe. This is snowboarding

JM getting love on Seths new skis!! The people that ski and ride this mountain are solid! Lots of love..
