Well, today it rained all day, until just after dinner. My good buddy Joey Sexton is back in town for a week and half, and we've been shooting up a storm and having a great time. It's his 19th birthday, so we went out for an economical dinner. After some 20-cent wings at the Crystal Lounge, we headed over to the public skate park near the day lot. Neither of us had seen it before, but were quite pleasantly surprised once we saw it. It's a great setup, with a mix of concrete and asphalt tranny, banks and curbs. A third of it is also wood. It's a fun setup.

We hung out at the street setup for a while, and then headed over to the downhill snake run.

After about an hour and a half of skating, we headed over to 8-mile for some good times. If you're wondering what 8-Mile is, it's where Mikey Rencz and Eero Niemela live. It's called 8-Mile because of it's extreme ghettoness. No problem.
