So there's a lot of confusion and rumors flying around about what's going on with our team... and here's the real scoop:

We had to make some decisions this year that were really tough, we had built a really great team... but just weren't seeing a lot of them push for the brand. There were a lot of guys just collecting a paycheck and we had to make a choice to either let that continue or do something to change it.

As a lot of you may know we asked for your opinions on who was really pulling their weight as members of the Flux team and it matched up with what we saw from inside. So we made the difficult decision to remove some of the riders from salary and offer them photo incentive instead in hopes that they would see it as a wake-up call.

Unfortunately a few of those riders proved that they really were only in it for the $$ and immediately jumped ship and started trying to bash us for not supporting them!
It's funny because if they had put the kind of effort into supporting and promoting Flux as they are putting into trying to bash us now... they never would have been in the position to begin with!!!!

We wish everyone the best of luck and it's unfortunate the way things had to go down.
For 06/07 you can still look forward to seeing these guys returning and supporting Flux:
