The newest and most unique magazine to hit the streets is about to break into the hands of artists and snowboarders everywhere in the Fall of 2006.

Based a bit of everywhere around the US, Arkane Snow: Life/Art/Snow Magazine is purely focused on the life and art that make up the sport we all love.

ARKANE Snow is committed to being a high quality micro-magazine inspired by the art and lifestyles generated by snowboarding. ARKANE will provide readers with an inside view of snowboarding by presenting selected work from the photographers, fine artists, musicians and unclassifiable geniuses who embody the creativity and progression that saturates our sport. As a free and nationally distributed publication, ARKANE will erase traditional expectations of a snowboard magazine with our intense focus on aesthetics. ARKANE is the new revolution in snowboarding magazines.

ARKANE is a fresh and fun way of showcasing the snowboard community we all know and love. ARKANE is dedicated to feeding the frenzy that are the riders of today and tomorrow, with the focus being the riders lifestyle on and off the slopes, including the resorts we ride, backcountry we attack, photography we shoot, and the artists that develop from this community.

ARKANE is run and owned by snowboarders, with no outside investors of any kind, so expect to see the honesty of our community shine through with every issue. Some highlighted features will be “Stepping Stones” a focus on industry leaders and how they got to where they are today… as well as “The Photog Diaries” a showcase of select photos from a top industry photographer. Chip Allen and crew are the masterminds behind this unique and groundbreaking magazine, so feel free to reach out to him or any of ARKANE crew. Chip is our Editor-at-Large, and a fun loving guy, who enjoys long walks on the beach just like you, so hit him up with any ideas for the magazine… and you just might be able to take that long walk with him.
