I have an 11.5 size boot and a 24 ince stance. is an un..inc 160 too narrow for my boots
I have the exact same width and boot size stats as you and I rode a Nitro Team 155 (24.8 waist) last season. I fit fine on it and was very happy with the way it performed. I also rode Palmer Riser Plates on a Palmer Honeypro 153 (23.8 waist) two years before that and was also happy with it with the risers on (almost unridable without them). Last season, I had a K2 Union and I have to say that it was very heavy and definitely one of the worst boards I have ridden to date, mostly because it was monstrously heavy (I'm a freestyler and that's about as far from freestyle as you'll get).
You will fit on the Uninc, but if you're that uncomfortable with the waist, buy it at a shop and bring your boots with you. Have the store employees assemble the board, then see if you'll be able to carve a significant amount without your boots touching the ground.
By the way, I ride angles of 15*/-9*
check these out...right in the waist width ME was mentioning...

also the ROME "FLAG" and "MACHINE" are wider decks for dem big dawgs yur scootn'round on. check them at www.romesnowboards.com. they're producing some nice boards.
ride fast take chances.

ha..ha....ha.....ha.....ha The Lucid Notion Snowboard Company
many would beg to differ. they just love to hide behind their plastic smiles and wallow in their superficial importance that they're high on. i guess i fall in that hater category, even though i'm a lover, and a fighter. i think it's rad what ya'll got going on. SNOWBOARDING IS FUN...when it's not in china.
if you duck out to like 18, -18 you should be ok, i ride size 13 boots and can ride as low as a 258mm ww board stance all the way out, 18 -18, i also have a burton dominant slick 154 which is only 254mm but i dont carve much on it, being a rail only board
you should go to china (with the rest of the snowboarding industry) and have your feet bound.
You should look for a board with a waist width of 26-26.5. That should work well with your boots. Basically with 11.5 boots, the bigger the board the better.
Another option could be the burton riser plates(like the Palmer power plates), but you would defiately want to check it out in the store to see what kind of toe drag you would have.
