Some call it the best job in the world, some curse daily at what needs to be done and some have no idea what they really do. Say what you want but the illustrious job of team manager is one that is sought out by many. Knowing very well that the US market can be a tough one to handle when it comes to team riders, Bataleon set out to hire the hardworking genius of JRKinc. Working behind the scenes and cracking the whip on some of the most established and up and coming riders JRKinc is setting the pace for Bataleon to make sure that our team riders are doing everything they can to get the exposure that the brand deserves. Setting schedules and making sure team riders are where they are supposed to be is no easy task but with the experience of JRKinc it’s never a problem. Usually it’s not easy to get the best management team in the biz and most companies go the route with the bro tactics– bribe them with an endless supply of promo swag and tickets to the best industry parties at SIA. For Bataleon it was really an easy catch. “I heard they had this crazy Triple Base Technology, and that they have little scientists making their boards deep in the forests of Norway. That thought alone intrigued me.” Claimed Jason Kimball from JRKinc. “The crew at Bataleon seem to be involved in snowboarding for all the right reasons, and they offer something fun and different...and that is what my parents have always told me I was. So we should mesh fairly well”
JRK will be managing the entire US team which includes A team rider Brett Butcher and International riders James Brumfield and Nick Visconti.

Bataleon Snowboards would also like to announce Todd Cummins to our rep team. Todd will be covering the Rockies area from now on and comes to us with a wealth of snowboarding knowledge. We are not sure yet if this will help him sell snowboards but luckily for him Bataleon has a super computer worth of knowledge to train him in the ways of super salesdom.
