Super Frustrated

In general, i'm usually stoked for all my shred bros who get good contions and get to rip pow, but right now I'm super frustrated

The last few years i have been able to get out 3 times a week and had the freedom to road trip. But this year my work situtaion has changed and I'm down to one day a week and road tripping is out the window for the season (or the foreseable season, anyway)

Sitting here reading all these blogs about how epic Colorado and the NW are, plus Utah and Tahoe are about to get rad is kind of tough.

The final kicker is that a couple of the local places, Kicking Horse and Castle are about to have their best opener in YEARS

And we sure will!!! Considering that in Colorado it is dumping worse then I do after my morning coffee... it should not be all that tough! Keep the light on for us at Kicking Horse eh... you fat canadian!

i hear ya

i am pretty frustrated about my class situation which allows be barely any time to ride, and it really sucks because there is barely any snow in tahoe... its brutal. not even two feet and its december already. i hope you can get out there and shred!

Right there with you

Three years ago I joined the "real world" and got a full time job to support my family. The first year was so brutal I went from riding about 80 days a year to like 10. It has gotten a little better the last two years, but it is really hard to sit in an office in SLC when it just dumped the night before and it is blue bird outside. So just a little support for you dude, your not alone in your situation.

at least you are not in Vermont where it is now December with Sugarbush and Stowe closed. This is like the Northwest winter a couple of years back.

I'd give most anything to get

I'd give most anything to get 80 days a year in. Maybe some year down the road. I'm in your boat totally, many times it's less often than you're gonna get. Probably a partial reason why boarding means so much to me, I get just enough to starve me for more. I totally eat up each day I get.

BTW, I hit Heavenly, and took some shots. I'll try to post soon.
