Freakin blows.

3 seperate e-mails from 2 different accounts (just to make sure one of my spam filters hasn't been blocking their mails), and a phone conversation with an employee for about 5 minutes. Almost a week later; no response, no contact, nothing. Thanks for your great customer disservice guys!

UPDATE:

Aaron the Store Mgr e-mailed me today AFTER I had already gave ACTIVE a visit and a couple of benjis. But since he was so genuine in trying to ameliorate the situation, I ended up spending some more money at EMAGE. He's an amicable fellow I tell ya, many thanks to him.
