Get ready for "SnowBlind" the movie to come to thearters in a city near you. This lifestyle driven snowboarding documentary was premiered in New York City last friday where featured riders Brent Meyer, Rob Bak, Jeff Meyer and Jeff Cormack were in attendance to review the film and shred the big apple. Yes.. We brought our boards and attempted to make history by hitting a handrail at the world famous Brooklyn Banks skate spot. For those of you who don't know, this is super dope because the Brooklyn Banks have been in every good skate video since the early 90's... it's like the grizzly gulch of skate spots. The rail was super small but we had fun trying to make history. Jeff and Jeff were arguing with Rob and Brent as to whether this rail had been hit on a snowboard or not. Rob was convincced we were the first and was trying to call Brooklyn loc J2 all morning to confirm his belief..... We still don't know, but we had fun under the bridge at 5am. We will also never complain about the cold again in Colorado. That was hands down the gnarliest cold I have ever been in.... Respect to all of you east coasters.

The premier was pretty rad. We got to roll into an AMC theater in NYC, pay $20 for drinks and popcorn and watch ourselves shred on the big screen. The movie came out great and Red Sky Pictures did a great job at capturing a lot of different personalities within the sport of snowboarding..... from a 93 year old snowboarder to olympic medalists, this film really covers the full spectrum of personalities within the sport, and gives great insight as to why people devote their lives to riding down mountains. I feel super lucky to have been a part of the film and for having the opportunity to shred in NYC with three awesome people (Jeff, Brent, and Rob). This film also features JJ Thomas, Kier Dillon, Ross Powers, Louie Vito, the Teter family, and many more... Go see the film! You'll be really glad that you did.

No disrespect to the riders involved...

...but this seems like an attempt by a major corporation that has contributed nothing to snowboarding to capitalize on it. Am I the only person that wants to see the DIY attitude alive in snowboarding?

Seriously

I would like to ask these guys how it feels to be complete tools. Go back and make another episode of "stunt junkies" for gods sake. This is exactly whats wrong with snowboarding, LONG LIVE SCOTT E.

?????

i'm curious to see it but don't want to shell out the cash. i've read a couple of reviews and they were bad, ripped it apart. don't know if the writer's are snowboarders or just reporters looking at it from a film critics perspective. anyone else seen it?
