2005-2006 Ride DH question

Hi guys. I am looking for a new snowboard right now and the Ride DH has caught my attention. I found a new 05-06 model for a decent price, but I have a couple questions regarding it.

1. Does the regular 05-06 DH have the slimewall sidewalls that the current ones have? Or is that only for the DH DFC model?

2. How much is a good price to pay for a new 05-06 Ride DH?

3. Do you recommend any other boards with similar technology?
