i got a burton board and i have drake bindings and the plate doesnt fit the holes

is there any way to get a plate that fits or do i have to get new bindings if so wat binding fit burton boards

you can buy 3 hole disks

they'll fit you just have to find some 3 hole disks

The older Drakes had an extra hole in the plate to fit the Buttron three hole pattern. I haven't been on Drakes for awhile so I am not sure if they still do. Any shop that still deals Drake probably has the disc you are after. Good luck.

Live Fast. Die.

isnt it time............

that burton started making there binding mount patterns the same as everyone else. it causes so much pain in th butt, i have had loads of burton boards and bindings of different make and its a pain. in this day people wnat choice......thats my rant for the day peace out!

ride hard n' die trying!

better idea

here's a simple solution...ebay that board. there are plenty of ass clowns that will pay as much as you did for it OR better yet, MORE!!!

it'll cause you grief if you stick with it. get off that burton gear and get on a stick that costs you half the money. you'll have loot in your pocket, bindings that integrate easily, and you'll help diversify this market place.

I gotta ask...

where did you buy this stuff? If it was at a shop and they didn't tell you what's up...maybe you oughta find a new place to buy stuff.

Or...

Just talk to riding buddies or friends from the hill that rock Cartels (or any other Burton binder). They have to be the most popular binding around. They should have extra plates if they are riding anything other than a Burton board and have Burton binders (which I'm not too fond of, btw). I gave my plates to a buddy for his new Burton deck. All Burton binders come with both plates. Your local shop might be able to toss you some too if you don't have any luck checking with Friends.

umm no. burton discs won't fit in any other brands bindings and vice versa. some bindings come with a 3D (burtons hole pattern) compatible disc and some don't. Draked don't. Buy some Cartels or Rome 390's(and if you do make sure your shop gives you the extra discs that you need for them to work on Burton boots, Rome is getting around the fee by not including them with the bindings but they are available)

thanks

thanks everyone for all the ideas i got a new disk from my shop
