On December 17th Rome wrapped up its East Coast Premature Jibulation lineup at Holiday Valley in Ellicottville, NY. Coming off of a super warm week, there were some doubts as to whether or not the event would go off, but Holiday Valley is used to making it happen and hooked it up with about everything a jib fest could ask for.

There was a C-box, at least 3 long flat boxes, a flat rail and what became a fan favorite, a blue jib barrel. People were absolutely killing it over there in Western New York. One footer fast plants on the jib barrel were pretty much non-stop, even when the barrel was dislodged and it started spinning like a log in water, the one footers kept coming.

What really made this Premature stand out, was the turn-out of the lady rippers. With well over a dozen ladies killing it, a stand out performance by Katie Schelble got her some special recognition and some well deserved credit from the judges and all the other riders there. The groms were in full effect as well over at Holiday Valley. Robbie Knab shredded pretty much the entire session with a hot dog hanging out of his mouth. Some super smooth board slides were thrown down by Robbie, hotdog in full effect, I don’t even think he was trying to make his tricks look better, I just think he loves hot dogs.

There was definitely a really good vibe at this stop, and even when a little bit of a drizzle started up, everyone kept shredding, hot dog eating and having a good time. In the end this is how it all broke down.
