Andreas Wiig Wins The Honda Session in Vail

The weather cooperated and the Honda Sessions at Vail was a big success. Some of the biggest tricks of the year were showcased tonight. Andreas Wiig kept it smooth and took home $30,000. David Benedek stuck a double cork 1260, the first ever landed in a contest, but he came up just a bit short. In the end, it was Andreas Wiig in 1st, David Benedek took 2nd, and Chas Guldemond ended up 3rd.

The Rockster team is for real! Chas Guldemond, Steve Mateus (team manager) and Andreas Wiig.

anyone have Benedek's 1260 on film?

I would love to see that! Honda Sessions is such a great event, super bummed I could not make it this year.
