Being that the Artifact is a buttery-noodle, I would say go with the 150 because as much as you want a super fun and quick jibstick, with the flex of the board itself, go with the 150 because it'll hold up better than the 47 for when you're cruisin down to the rails.

As far as bindings go, ride the Rome 390. For the price, they are the best binding I've ever ridden. Supportive, lightweight, fully adjustable, go to your local shop and have them tell you all the goodies. The underwrap system on the binding gives you support from both points of contact, near the heel and the toes, to give you a super good ride. Plus, true tooless adjustments on the straps and the conformist 2 toe that switches from toe cap to strap? Yea. Rome 390.

Union Bindings. I have been riding the same pair for a year now and have only replaced the straps, which Union sent me for free when I called them. They are the most comfortable and functional bindings I have ever had. I'm 5'6 or 5'7 on a tall day and rode an artifact 150, it was a really fun board. I weigh like 125, and had little problems hitting medium sized jumps with the rome.

(Height means nothing.) The fact that you're 115 and looking to do park should easily put you on the 147, unless you see yourself gaining a lot of weight before you wear out this next board.

I second the Unions, too. They're such killer all-round bindings, but especially for freestyle. Get the Force, unless you have some extra dough for the superplush and comfy straps featured on the Datas. Unions are the best bindings I've ridden yet. Rome bindings are worth looking at as well.
