rad how a 250k car is in a track home neighborhood,

ill take one of those please

if your passing them out

Moron

Pretty much confirmed that you are a jackass....Since you seem to have such big comment son snowboaridng, and that is your "whip"" sure it does good in the snow.

Rear engine RWD

since the bulk of the weight of this vehicle is in the rear and it's traction control system is probably one of the best on the market i would imagine with a skilled driver and proper tires a gt2 would do just fine in the snow...

it's not the plane it's the pilot.

as for ground clearance, that's another story.

Nah

Why would you use the fact that it it's a Rear engine RWD, to argue that the car is "one of the best" on slippery surfaces? Unless you are steering the car with your rear wheels, You'd want the weight over the front wheels.

You should come on out to Monterey with us and drive it the way it was meant to be driven. It's fun, and i'll even teach you how to be a better "pilot".

snow

you don't drive in snow all that often do you...

and i never said the car is one of the best on slippery surfaces, i said that the car had one of the best traction control systems...

get a clue.

traction

yet - for some reason i remember believing that traction control was designed to put more power to a wheel to prevent sliding out - skiding or spinning on slippery surfaces... with all of your weight in the back no matter how good the traction control is if you have a light front end your not going to get enough pressure on a slippery surface to do any good with more power - it will just result in a even worse spin -

and another note it is always very funny to see porches with snow chains on their tires going to the mountains near LA... they drive so slowly and ruin the molding around the tires... oh the laughter that i have had

dumb people

last i checked any car without AWD or 4WD is required to have chains on it... so what is your point.

and ummm a gt2 is RWD not FWD and in snow ironically enough you want less power or no power going to the wheels that turn you. much like a snowmobile. the front tires act as skids and guide rear.

in the end it's the driver not the car. a skilled driver can drive a car in nearly any condition granted he or she has the correct rubber.

BMW's are RWD with front mount engines and are some of the best cars in the snow as well. again it takes a different style of driving to correctly opperate but it can be done. people you see skidding and sliding do not have snow tires or any idea how to drive in wet conditions.

keep on laughing cause i am sure that someone who drives a porsche can afford new tires every month.

just cause

you must be kidding me - just cause you can buy a porshe doesnt mean you can spend the money on tires every month - sure some people can - but thats the rare exception - most people who own them couldnt afford to buy one again if they wreck theirs - without insurance of course ... we arent ripping on the car - its a marvelous machine - its the fact that your bragging about it... if you were modest and took it lightly than you wouldnt have 12 posts calling you out - change your attitude to get more respect
