yeah, the graphics are real sweet, and semi-capita-like-ish. but thats not necessarily bad. i dont get the long ass names for the boards though, it reminds me of an emo-ie myspace kid, not that the names matter
Our focus is on the artist pr
Our focus is on the artist project, where we are focusing on the artists' works on our boards, and we named them as pieces of art. You go to any art gallery or installation you'll have some name that describes the piece of work on the wall, and we did just that for this year.
We're changing that for next season and going back to series' names because we just referred to each board internally by the artists anyways. Next season's line: Loveless, BlackBlack, F.V.K., 777, and Memento Mori.
But we do want to focus on the artists that are doing this project with us because they are name artists, and we want to recognize them for their work. A lot of them have their own shows in major cities and books out. Look up Maya Hayuk, Donny Miller, Sandro Grisson/Dustin Koop, J.Penry, Jonathan Cammissa, The Graves Project, and Peter Beste.
Next year's line should be unveiled in a couple of weeks...

The boards look pretty dope.
The boards look pretty dope. Where they made?

they are out of the mid atlantic region. i also think they use or used a factory in (dare i say) virgina (???) for production.
Craig Kelly Forever.
the boards
The boards aren't made here in Virginia. The guy running our factory has been making boards since 1987, and he's designed some boards out of his factory that have won Good Wood. Check them out at a shop near you, we've picked up some shops over the last two weeks, and adding some more this week. Judge the boards for yourselves, everyone that has ridden our boards have been more than stoked.
Lots of new things happening with the brand, I'll keep you guys in the loop shortly. Or I might just wait till SIA, then spill the beans afterwards.

Monument
Doug Mercer rides for these guys and kills it... from what I've seen the boards are solid.
