Holden Fitting?? (Pants)Im about 5'8 145-150 pounds, im not big. I want some REALLY TIGHT snow pants in the legs, but i cant seem to find the right pair, I have a green/brownish/grayish H/H coat and I thought maybe brown or hemp gray holden pants, which ones are gonna be the cheapest and tightest? The Berlin is actually a pant from the 06/07 year, so i doubt you'll be able to find them still. They have a pant similar to the Berlin for 07/08 called the Beadelston (Hacked the spelling, sorry!) that has the same kick as appears as the Berlin, also with the two back pocket on the front look. As far as pricing goes? You won't find cheap anywhere in the Holden catalogue except the Perma Press, which still fits great and has a good tight bootcut to it. Comes in 4 delicious colors, you might want to check them out at your shop.

cool, prices actually arent that big of a deal, under 200 is fine. Just as long as I know whats tight. Just hope I find my color. My shop doesnt carry holden. They carry big names, like burton salomon and whatnot. I usually try to find things online.

ebay is usually the best place to buy some holden stuff online. its for sure gonna be cheaper than any online store, and if you know what size and what line you want, ebay is your best bet.

What I do is buy Holden pants that look sick (no matter how tight or loose), and then I sew them in. That's what you're seeing with the pros. The ones with real tight snowpants have sewed them in. You can either go to a tailor, or if you have the hook-ups with someone who can use a sewing machine, go for it.

I sew all of my snowboard pants in, and they look rad! This is a picture of sewed in Holden's that Jon Kooley is wearing. They're not sewn in very tight, but... anyways...
If you go to a tailor, they cost like $40. But you can pretty much do it with any pants, including the ones you have now (providing they still fit well).

Here's the general idea of how to sew clothes in. Works for pants too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKhSYyi8jCg. I wouldn't recommend cutting off the extra fabric though, since this trend won't last and you might want to take the fit out again.
With snowboard pants, you can sew them at the vents if they're located between your legs. Just wrap the vents until they over lap as far as you want and stitch.

The Darrel Mathes pants are made with a stretch kimono-print fabric. They're your best bet.

i have a pair of holden perma press pants in size M,and they are "regular fit",but not tight,but i can't buy a S size,because it will be to tight in the waist...
