08 sowboard decision

i need some help deciding what i want to ride this year. i have a rome artifact so im lookimg for an all mountain/park deck. i need something thats gonna be stable on bigger kickers, hold an edge at higher speeds, something thats not going to fold in chunky conditions and generaly poppy and stable. keep in mind i ride in shitty conditions in nc and wv. i take 2 or three trips out west each year and ride every weakend. i think ive narrowed it down to a society, bateleon goliath, rome agent,sk8 bannana, or mayby a dwd. i like supporting smaller, rider owned company, thats made in the usa. but i guess id ride the whoever puts out the best product.

NEVER TRUST A WEATHERMAN!

i rode an illuminati out in j

i rode an illuminati out in jackson last year and liked it. but what size dose the pitman come in? im lookin for a 152-54. i didnt think it was a park deck.

(.)(.)

its not a park noodle, and it doesn't come that small.

i dont want a noodle, but the

i dont want a noodle, but the pitman is to long.

yeah ive heard the sk8 bannan

yeah ive heard the sk8 bannana was kinda sketchy off kickers. i like the agent but it just has a vanilla look to it and everybody has one.

rome agent or skate banana

the rome agent is a sure thing... great all around park board that you can ride in any conditions. i haven't got a chance to ride the sk8 banana but im thinking of picking one up this year cuz of all the new tech.

(.)(.)

i think you described just about 80% of snowboards made. so therefore you should get an illuminati pitman, good board from good folks and you get the mysti factor too

YEAH4IT

If ya into checking new technology and baseshapes.. Try out the Bataleon Goliath before you run into a banana surprise. All these recently new shapes are based on the Bataleon concept but done half since they have to work around the patent !! Read up a bit on the triple base tech thingy. ( and Fat Canuck..its NOT like a Morrow Spoon Smiling ) I can list the 50 benefits for the baseshape but we always say" Hey... don't take our word for it and try one ".. or call someone who tried one..or just read up on the reviews..whatever.. I would try one really..

it sounds pretty cool. im gla

it sounds pretty cool. im glad to hear there not made in china. i want to ride something thats going to perform well in shity conditions.

do u know were bataleons r ma

do u know were bataleons r made? im guessing europe? i dont realy care as long as its not in china. plus, u cant go wrong with the graphics.

(.)(.)

you should probably talk to some people who actually owned a morrow spoon, same idea, same pain in the ass to tune, no real advantage performance wise, besides marketing techno babble speak

sorry dude, i just can't get down with a company that can't even spell its own name right

http://www.greengonzo.com/dictionary/Batalion.html

sure

I know where a Bataleon Snowboard is made... We built them ! They are as you figured out built in Europe in fact built in Austria in a factory that produces for many high quality brands like Stepchild, Forum, Rome, etc.

Dunno what's wrong with our Fat friend but he obviously woke up alone again today. Bro.. I rode the Spoon, and I'm pretty sure that you never been on a Bataleon otherwise you could have not said things like this. Check out www.bataleon.com and read up on the tuning, advantages, reviews, drop by on our myspace and read what consumers think of their boards. We have 3 flat parts on our base and so no problem tuning. Any other of the new baseshapes are rounded ( like the spoon ) and are in fact pain in the ass to tune. But hey.. don't take our word for it.. try one ! ( and then come back telling me that it doesn't perform any better )

Nobody is asking for your love bro... just don't hate..

Peace

( we like peace at bataleon.. that's why we spell it different... not wrong..)
