Last weekend, all the old dogs from Solid met in Fairplay Colorado for some gun shoot'n, beer drink'n, moto ripp'n good time. The first night we all met at Dave Tuck's (old team manager for Solid) crib in Arvada. Homeboy built one of the sickest skate pools I've ever seen. But he's got a deal with his wife...the pool must have water in it 2 months out of the year. So we swam.

Kurt Wastell with some old and new The next day we went to the Fairplay skate park. Jeff Wastell was owning as usual. But really everyone got clowned by an 11 yr old Skatetopia Local. Missing teeth, long hair, this kid gives hope to the future of skateboarding. He's so good, nobody even got a picture of him.

Jeff's board collection in the "man room" After the sesh, we headed over to an undisclosed area of the woods for the main event. Motor bikes, guns, beer, steak sandwiches (marinated in absinthe), and little kids hurting themselves. It's strange seeing all your friends with kids. I will say, that for the most unlikely people according to society to be good dads (skaters), these are hands down the best ones known to man.

Drago was there with his dog. I'm sure everyone has heard rumors of Solid coming back. Well, if this is true, these are the guys making it happen.
