Lowest Prices of the 2007-2008 Season Guaranteed Only Through Monday, September 3, 2007

BROOMFIELD, Colo. – Aug. 27, 2007 – Colorado skiers and snowboarders have one last chance to purchase the most popular season ski and ride passes--The Colorado Pass™, The Summit Pass™ and the new Colorado Pass PLUS™--at spring prices through Labor Day weekend. All passes will go on sale beginning Friday, August 31 at numerous Front Range locations, including the two giant ski and snowboard sales events that have become hallmarks for the countdown to the winter season: Ski Rex at Colorado Ski & Golf in Aurora and Sniagrab at the Sports Authority in Denver.

Prices are only guaranteed through Monday, September 3, 2007 and are subject to increase Tuesday, September 4, 2007. Passes will be available for purchase through November 11, 2007.

The Summit Pass™
The Summit Pass™ (formerly known as The Buddy Pass™) provides unlimited lift access at Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin, the most skiing and snowboarding in Summit County, with no date restrictions, at $379 for adults, $299 for teens and $189 for children.

The Colorado Pass™
For just $40 more for adults ($20 more for teens and $10 more for children 5-12), the Colorado Pass provides the benefits of the Summit Pass plus ten days at Vail and Beaver Creek (Vail and Beaver Creek days are restricted Nov. 23-24, Dec. 27-31, 2007 and Feb. 16-17, 2008).

The Colorado Pass PLUS™
New for 2007-2008, The Colorado Pass PLUS™ features the benefits of the Colorado Pass, but six of the Vail and Beaver Creek days are completely unrestricted and may be used any day all season long. Restrictions apply only to the remaining four days. The Colorado Pass Plus is priced at $519 for adults, $379 for teens and $239 for children.

New for the 2007-2008 Season

· Vail Mountain has replaced the Highline (#10) and Sourdough (#14) lifts with new, high-speed quad chairlifts and will improve the Golden Peak Children’s Center. Off the mountain, the transformation of Vail continues, featuring the grand opening of The Arrabelle at Vail Square, A RockResort. The Arrabelle features 36 luxuriously appointed guest rooms averaging 550 square feet each, approximately 50 additional condominium lock-off units, an unparalleled location just steps from Vail’s Eagle Bahn gondola, a state-of-the-art RockResorts Spa and fitness center and a variety of first-class amenities ranging from rooftop pools and fine-dining restaurants to ski and boot valets.

· Beaver Creek Resort will introduce a new eight-passenger gondola just for kids called the Buckaroo Express and open a new on-mountain children’s ski school. Off the mountain, The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group announced plans to open a Colorado outpost of its legendary Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, the Vail Valley’s only AAA Five Diamond resort. Open in November 2007, the 126-seat, 4,400-square-foot restaurant will be crafted by esteemed New York-based hospitality designer Tony Chi.

· Breckenridge features a new terrain park on Peak 8 designed to help novice skiers and riders gradually build freestyle skills. Crafted by the resort’s terrain park team, the multi-level park pod features a beginner park and pipe, an intermediate park and an expert superpark and pipe on Freeway. Breckenridge has also added a snowmaking system on Peak 8’s Park Lane and will turn the entire run into a mid sized, intermediate park.

· Keystone Resort’s KAT Ski Experience will include a new yurt and the resort is also adding a new lift and lanes to the Adventure Point Tube Hill. New for 2007-2008, The Keystone Lodge & Spa, A RockResort unveils its new multi-million dollar state-of-the-art RockResorts Spa, complete with ten treatment rooms, Vichy Shower, Hydro-Therapy room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, relaxation lounge and nail studio.

· Arapahoe Basin has expanded its lift-accessible terrain by 80 percent with a new lift in Montezuma Bowl. The Zuma Lift adds 400 acres and 34 runs on intermediate and advanced terrain. Arapahoe Basin has also opened Black Mountain Lodge, a mid-mountain restaurant and sports shop located at the top of the Exhibition Lift.
