Technine Team Rasta 159

Hey, Ive been considering the technine team rasta board for a few months and i have a few questions about it. 1) whats the difference between directional twin, and true twin? 2) Does anyone know if theres a setback on the stance for the 159 rasta? 3) Where are these boards pressed at?

Depends

on the board, most directional twins have a slightly directional shape with a centered/minimally setback stance. Like the Rome Agent for example. Centered stance, with a slightly longer nose.

The other way doesnt make much sense as you notice the differnce between switch and regular as your not standing i the right place on the board.

Most directional twins you wouldnt even notice its directionality, but gives you that little bit of help in the pow.

A friend of mine got on Technine flow in the UK last season and the board seemed pretty indestructible as he hammers the rails. Dont know what board it was tho as it was all white with just a T on the base.

Oh woops

My bad Pablo, I ment to type that to AgainstMe.

Almost...

A directional twin is not simply a twin with a setback stance. The shape of the nose and tail are going to be the same, but a directional twin may or may not have a setback stance but they will have a slight taper that gives you a little bit more of a boost when you ride it regular. As far as the team Rasta goes, I can imagine it's a twin shape with a sintered base, tri-axl glass, similar to the Icon from last year. The board your buddy was riding was called the Classic by Technine, and oddly enough, that was a very directional board that only retailed for $279, haha. It's good regardless!

a directional twin has a twin

a directional twin has a twin shape with a setback stance. so if the team rasta is a directional twin it has a setback stance.

Does anyone know how wide the

Does anyone know how wide the stance u can get on that board, and how much set back there is?
