They sure do sell boards in NA - they are really popular in Quebec and Whistler and are constantly gaining popularity in Canada.. I'm not sure how big they are in the states because I am not there. . .

For personal sake, I bought my first APO last season, and it has to be one of the better boards I have ever owned - it didnt soften up too much or break which usually happens to snowboards that I ride.. By no means am I a spokesperson for the company but it seems they are doing an OK job with the product that they are selling
