being a no budget film, it's well worth the download, hell even the dvd! If this movie doesn't inspire you to go out and just have fun on a snowboard, then you might as well check your pulse. Maybe it's because one of my best friends is in the film, or maybe it's because there is a ton of local Michigan boys in it, but regardless, Eddie's filming is dead on, and the fun factor is definately there. Good on ya boys!
is their any differnt between the dowload and the cd like is thier bonuses in the cd or lie alternive ending or somethign? well loved the teasers going to buy one of them any ways
yea there's 3 bonus parts on the dvd.. & of course it's full size for tv instead of 320x240 iPod video on the computer..
Get it, its good. I really enjoyed this movie. Yes, you won't see big mountain riding like Absinthe Films or Standard films, but this does not stop it from being a good movie. Having just learned that you (naptime films) had no budget for the making of this film and after seeing what you have created, especially with how bad last season was...much PROPS to you guys. You worked with what you had and made something good out of it.
Workplay was fun to watch, it has good shots and really good editing. Good to hear you have sleds and a budget for this coming season. Looking forward to your next film.
I got a hard copy, and it's worth every penny.
really? i dont know, i thought it was ok. the shots were real nice, and the editing was really on point too. but the riding was kinda mediocre. you guys definitely have rails on lock, especially 50-50 360 outs haha, but i think if i were you, this season id try to get more back country shots. the ones you had were decent, but you easily have the talent to get more, and make them better.
overall i dont mind that i spent $2 on the download, but i wouldve been a little disappointed if i spent $12 on the dvd.
and bluebird, you probably wouldnt like it haha. too many of us damn kids with our fancy pants and our stupid rails
thanks for the compliments.. as far as the backcountry goes, no travel budget, no sleds, and no snow = what we had to work with. this year we have budget, got sleds, and hopefully will have snow too. don't worry, we didn't get lazy, we just couldn't hit jumps till march when everything was FINALLY filled in, then it was spring already.
Anyone see this? The price is more than tempting. I'll have to hunt down the teaser in the trailers thread.
i just downloaded the flick, this inspiring to see the guys ride and film with no budget. "support the little guy" i gonna have to get a hard copy. it fun to see people ride because they love it. yeah the 50-50 almost all those rails, they are doing it. thanks naptime gret job.
nowboarding is FUN
this better be worth it! but if your video last year is any judge, it definitely will be. keep it up boys
like a recipe for a nap
