DON"T BUY AXIA SNOWBOARDS

I've got a bone to pick with Axia Snowboard Company. My 11 year old son Mason won camper of the week at Woodward last year and part of the loot was a new Axia snowboard. It was too big so they told him to send it back and they'd send him one his size. We did as we were told and they immediately refused to send him a replacement board. After numerous attempts to contact anyone there I had to resign to harsh language to flush anyone out, only to be told by the owner that they should have never gotten involved with giving out free goods because it costs money.
Clearly folks these guys could give a hoot about you as riders, have no interest in supporting the sport, and are completely clueless when it comes to building brands.
DON'T BUY AXIA SNOWBOARDS, they steal from kids.

Get Up, Stand Up!

Right on- good for you for standing your ground. Props to your lil Man on the Woodward honors too- it sounds like he deserves a new board. He not only won it, he earned it. And equipment has never been cheap. Maybe someone has an extra one lying around that would fit him. What's his size?

Groms are where its at! They still appreciate what this snowboarding thang is all about and know how to fun on the hill. Its just natural for them. Eye-wink

Axia Snowboards Blow

Thanks, you're right, he earned it. Sure I'm a proud papa, but the kid went to every session, got the most out of it, and it showed in his double fronts into the pit and awesome layout gainers. Stuff he couldn't do when he got there. Not bad for a 10 year old.
Thanks for the support. It just sucks seeing him disappointed after Woodward making such a big thing out of it. Axia couldn't have been more beligerant and arrogant. He's dealing with it better then I am. I probably wouldn't have had such a problem with it if it was me being dissed. Kids need the strokes.
Waddyagonnado?

hooray

Hooray for speaking up. Most would just leave it alone, and mark it down as a loss. If a company sucks TELL THE WORLD. and if a company rocks TELL THE WORLD again and again.

PS- Academy Snowboards Rocks, so does Smith Optics.

PS...

Academy Snowboards is a joke. The people behind it are idiots and don't pay bills.

TELL THE WORLD!!!

donkey kong kill screen!

Its hard to pay bills when you get screwed over by mfg. the boards aren't a joke. ephing sick bra.

If I were you I wouldn't be t

If I were you I wouldn't be too bummed.Axia is one of the gayest brands to come out in a long time. There are a vast number of board companies who would appreciate your maoney and actually work hard so people can enjoy the sport.good luck.

Booooo!!

Stealing from kids is wack.
you should have your kid go to HCSC!
they give out stuff and you don't even have to give it back at the end.
it's pretty radical.

HAHA!!!

Those Axia boards are made by Monson. Believe me, your son is better off riding anything else.

ive never even heard of axia, but it sounds like some typical big-box-sports-store, cheap knock off, wannabe brand. i hope this doesnt put a sour taste in your mouth towards the snowboard industry, cause while it has its flaws customer service usually isnt one of them
