Slimewalls have been my best friend...i worked in shops for years before i became the Ride TM and i have seen my share of edge repairs. The ride team primarily rides boards with slimewalls and i have yet to see a team rider send a board back due to a problem with a slimewall. In fact our boards just dont break period! Our team is super confident going on rail missions with one or two boards.
But to answer your question the bond issue has never been an issue we got that shit dialed! It just feels good...no chatter...just smooth! Test it out go make some ABS skate wheels and see what happens....ha ha

thats not true, your shit breaks. a friend of mine snapped the nose on his crush last season. granted hes a fat ass and old as balls, but still... it broke.

your point of view and explanation was smooth until you quoted the ABS wheels shit, com´on, you know you are smarter than that, when i talk regarding bonding issues, is compared to UHDMW (p tex) not ABS you fool, of course ABS is crap, not good for sidewalls neither skateboards wheels.
Too bad the first company to make snowboards with Urethane sidewalls was Mervin MFG.
However big kudos to ride for adopting it and taking it to the next level, if riders are happy with it, and you are not having problems with it, congrats!!! way to go!
