No Snowboards @ Kirkwood comp

There will be no snowboards present for the 2008 North American Freeride Championships. After being a part of the comp since it was started in the mid nineties the organizers decided they are to busy to deal with it end of story. What are they tinking

some "higher up" must have decided that snowboarders dont bring in the right crowd/branding or cash skiiers do. absolute garbage. let the two plankers have the stupid comp. compete with yourself if anyone. shred from streets to steeps!
