Crystal to Open With Limited Operations This Weekend Only

Crystal Mountain, WA- Crystal will open this weekend with limited operations on Saturday, December 1st and Sunday, December 2nd only. Three chairlifts will be running; the Discovery, Chinook Express & ForestQueen chairlifts will be open from 9am-4pm. For now the upper mountain will remain closed.

The snow depths range from 21 inches to 29 inches. The forecast is calling for more snow later today and Friday.

"The wait is finally over for now," said John Kircher, Crystal's General Manager. "We're able to fulfill the demand this weekend and I'm sure our pass holders are happy about that," he added.

Lift tickets have been reduced to $35 for Adults (regularly $58).

The Rental Shop and Snow Sports Learning Center will both be open this weekend. Food service will also be available.
