Indigo Snowboards + Union Bindings Tie Up?

So i was put on to this new German brand by a friend - essentially they are building super high end product for yuppies who want to hit the slopes, no doubt their product is super well built, but what caught my eye was the bindings which appear to be Union Forces, with snakeskin straps and highbacks - they look pretty slick

Anyone know anything about them

I'd guess that its one of two things. They could have used that new Union Custom House service that Union is offering for next year to build what look like a cross between Forces and Datas with snake skin.

Or, they just used the same factory in Italy that Union does so they could use some of Unions technology and make their own custom changes. I think this is more likely because I'm almost certain that this Italian factory makes ski bindings as well. My friend was able to order some custom colored ski bindings that used the same technology as several production bindings from that italian factory.

We built those for them. They are based on the Data's but some higher end leathers and what not. Indigo is Bogner's line. Super high end, sold in Germany. Those bindings are like $400-$450. I got a pair. Real Swarpvski Crystal on the high back rivets.

By the way, no one uses our molds. They are Unions molds, in Unions factory. No other donkey is going to go there and use our shit.

Well at least they did their research and went to the best in the biz for their bindings, i was in Kitzbuhel last year and that Bogner shit is all the rage - though i doubt any of it ever sees a hard day up the hill
