New board question

Okay, I have 2 questions.

1. On the bottom of my board, theres little chunks out of the bottom. Is there any way to fix this?

2. Board sizing, what would be the proper size for a 14 year old, getting into halfpipe/rails and riding just normal slopes, 5'7 and growing, at 127 lbs?

Thanks a bunch! Smiling

smoke those pipes and rail those jibs

go with something from the 153-155 area. the larger size gives you much better edge hold in those icy pipes and when it gets all destroyed late in the day. but id you think rails will be your focus then size down a bit. remember that youre still growing and a couple extra cm's might mean a couple extra seasons on that board.

take a look at the forum youngblood, its got a little necessary stiffness and lots of sizes, plus it wont break the bank.

...oh and base repairs can be done with p-tex candles, but be careful its tough to do.

:]
