Bindings for Lib tech Skate Banana

what kind of bindings are people using on the Lib Tech Skate Banana to tap the maximum potential of this board? also why?
I am currently using ride Lx with palmer PLS (I have size 11.5 foot). Seems ok just wondering if there is a better setup option

UNION

I'd get some UNIONS, they have fun bushings that should be a nice combo with the bananer camber. There's a $10 off coupon you can use at Tactics, use the code NEWYEAR08. You'll get free shipping too. Or, all the new technine stuff is finally getting into stores. Get up on some Marco Pros, can't go wrong with those binders.

what do you think of rome 390

what do you think of rome 390 or rome targa for the lib tech skate banana?

rome virgin

I've never ridden Rome Bindings, but I've heard others talk them up, they seem solid too. USOutdoor has the small/mediums on sale for $152 w / Free Shipping. If you use coupon code MOOSE at Moosejaw, you can get 10% Off the Rome Targa, Rome Madison or Rome Arsenal.

...

You must locate some Preston bindings.Only they will unlock the mystery magic that is the skate banana and only then will you reach snowboard perfection on your banana.

Sounds lame huh?
Seriously it doesn't matter all that much.A snowboard is a snowboard and binding is a binding.Union, Rome, burton all make great binders. And any of them will make you banana happy.I personally have 390's and don't like em all that much. But then again I've never been 100% satisfied with any bindings.

i have the rome 390s and they seem pretty nice, they dont hurt my feet at all and the feel pretty responsive, the toe strap is nice as well. my friend just got the targas after using 390s and he said that the targas were way too stiff and it was harder to ride park with them, being not as much flex. personally i would go with the 390s, but check out the union force, a lot of people seem to like em.

"Tap the maximum potential?"

"Tap the maximum potential?" Dude, it's snowboard binders, not muscle gain powder!

I say Union Force. I've got some on my 'Nana and it's possibly my most fun - and definitely my versatile - set-up yet. Like the 'Nana, Union Force kill it in the park, but will go anywhere on the mountain and treat you right. A good deal of (lateral) flex, but still really responsive for steep or tight spots.

Chocolate

Nothing is as good as chocolate with bananas so get chocolate brown bindings...

Dan Gerous

that is...

...awesome! good call...

lib tech skate banana 148

My skate banana is actually blue. Ill post a link. But i put white burton custom bindings on it and it looks pretty cool.

well i cant put image host links on here, so if you want a pic pm me and ill emamil you one.

Suck

Lol burton custom bindings suck. I see pieces of them broken all over the resort here in md

Seriously...

to extract the maximum magical force from the banana one must attach
a duratech binding that is plucked from the trash heap...or stolen at "New Hampshire Day" at Cannon Mt.

you should

get flows because thats what your screen name implies. or be smart and get unions

Branding Rampant

I love how every one likes to post brand names with no specific model or settings. Truth is most leading brand bindings will work just fine. The most important thing is to match your type of riding with a model that performs best for your type. More flex for the park and more rigid for big mountain carving. 80% of my TRS Banana's time is spent in the backcountry POW so I mounted a set of Nidecker Pro 900's on one and Nidecker Act I carbon on the second. Both work really well in the BC but the Pro 900's have more flex (still a really stiff binding) so they are more comfortable those all day events.

burton cartels, missions or triads, of course. more pros that aren't sponsored by burton ride them than are sponsored by burton, including trice, trichards, horgmo, fischer (haha), tommy the machine, andy finch etc
plus if you break a ladder or something, you know the common pieces that break on all bindings, you can find them pretty much anywhere
