Has anyone been to the Friends Hut near Aspen? Were going Feb 24th-27th and looks to be a 7-8 Mile skin in.. What a way to try out the splitboard! I hope the skin doesnt totally work me.

Looking at Topo Maps and the CAIC the area is prone to slides and Avi paths. Looks like great riding just want to be safe. So if anyone been and has good info please share. I will be bringing my cam so pictures to follow around the 28th!
