Cygnus Bliss

I just had a chance to ride Lib's $1200 board and wow.......
Hands down the best snowboard I've ever been on.
If your not familuar with the Cygnus X1, it might seem expensive. Mike Olson(Lib, GNU, & Bent Metal founder) handcrafts, signs, and numbers every single one.
1st board to have a seamless sidewall
1st board to have a self healing sidewall(works like a Rubermade Treshcan)
1st board with a double core construction
1st board to use a Poly Castor Bean Top Skin(PCB's can be grown in your backyard, other top sheets come from oil)(also has the highest strength per weight ratio)
Banana Tech
Magne-Traction
+much more tech bullsh*t that is rad

I took it through the pipe, and was super stoked. You could pump the walls like a skate board, with Banana. The POP was stronger than any board that I've ever been on. Super fun on rails. KILLED my pow stash. A true fakie machine. Thanks Mike!!!

look dude, we know you just moved to breck, and you are all stoked on life but you gotta chill-you really are coming off like a fucking fool with your recorded r2d2 love spew for the banana.

try something new, like working on your 'insta-loc™' status now that you have been in breck for four months.

mix it up and tell us all how bad ass your butter fives (with your lib skate) off the cat tracks, that only a loc-dog, such as yourself, would know where to find.

Sorry you misunderstood me....

In my decade plus of snowboard experience I have never had as much fun as I am having right now, and it's because I bought a Banana.
I believe that if everyone had a Banana they would be happier, making the world a better place.

I love Breck, but don't live there, and feel it can be over rated.

Enjoy riding your 20 year old sidecut and 30 year old ski camber.
