Spring time is here and Mammoth is rocking! The park is on steroids, and the snow is prime, not a bad time to check out Mammoth Mountain. The spring events are starting to take place including the big WCI, West Coast Invitational. I just call it Drinco de Mayo weekend, the 2nd, and 3rd of May. On Friday 11am -2pm is the Halfpipe event at main lodge. Saturday from 7:30pm - 9:30pm is the Rail Jam at the Mammoth Village, Count on the Mammoth Village to be Packed for the rail event and the Halfpipe to be well sculptured for the pro dogs.

If you are up in Mammoth for the weekend and need a place to stay and enjoy the festivities, check out the Westin Hotel right next to the Village. The drinks at the bar are affordable, the food is da bomb, the pool and hot tub are perfect, the rooms are plush and you are a couple of steps away from the action in the Village.
