Jed Anderson is very good and shredding. Oh and backflips.

Airblaster recently spent 3 days in the woods of the southern Sierra Mountains with the great people from My Own Two Feet. If you have not heard about the new movie project from Leeward Cinema called My Own Two Feet you should surf on over to their site leewardcinema.com and check it out. The project is a full feature length movie without the use of snowmobiles and chairlifts. They are accessing backcountry terrain with you guessed it, their own two feet. The movie is sure to be a crowd pleaser and everyone involved in Airblaster is looking forward to its release.

A few weeks ago all the Airblaster owners took a few days to head down and give the winter camping a try. Many of us thought it would be easy since it was early May and during the day it was sunny and 70 degrees. In the end all I can say is we got our behinds kicked. Each night was brutal. Sleeping on the snow is COLD! When I look back on it now I am stoked we made it to see another day and it makes me respect how badass everyone involved in this movie project is.

Eric Messier had a soar ankle. His idea of taking it easy was only bringing an old 145 with no edges and only 2 out of the 4 straps.
On our trip we had Forrest Shearer, Ben Lynch, Jed Anderson, Tim Eddy, Travis Parker, Eric Messier and more. The ridding was great with hips, jumps over tents, rhythm sections and even a fire pit jump. Since Airblaster had a large part in this trip we made it Airblaster style. Lots of fun shredding got thrown down along with some interesting camp fire games. The highlight of the trip for me had to be Ben Lynch catching a stuffed raccoon in mid air while jumping the fire pit. Yep, enough said on that.

Airblaster would like to thank everyone involved on that trip. It was one for the record books.
Fire pits,
always a guaranteed good time. Real stoked on the Leeward crew, good to see Airblaster alongside, even if they are freezing.
