Have you heard of Deuce Snowboards?

Have you looked at this new board? Take a look: www.deucesnowboards.com

What do you think?

This is a new snowboarding company out of the Bay Area, CA and offers something innovative and new to the industry. Without tampering with the core of the sport this company just adds an interesting spin on it and is maybe even creating a totally new ride category i.e. Alpine, Snowboardcross, Half Pipe etc. only it would be done on this "DES" enhanced board.

I'm sure there are critics out there, so let it flow. Open-minded people, please join in as well. Also, they are signing up trial riders now for the Lake Tahoe area this winter so if you're open-minded and experienced, you should inquire about riding one of their DEMO boards this year.

Ummm...

Innovative? Thats a Fuse snowskate built with fancy longer skiis. Nothing more than that...

The first thing I would do would be to figure out what to call it because thats about as much a snowboard as a monoski is...which is to say that it more of a "ski board" than anything.

Whatever, good luck with it- I'm always amazed at what kooks will spend money on...

whoa

Did I just type monoski and skiboard in the same sentence? Jesus...it needs to stop rainin g in Govy so I can kill time doing something else. I think its time for a trip to B.O.B.

?????

someone is very confused.

deuce snowboards...?

like rollerblading the hardest part about these new "ski-boards" would be telling all your friends that your totally f-ing GAY! deuce snowboards...your poor investors are going to be going broke. how the hell did you pitch that idea to anyone?? hilarious!

last I checked actually snowboarding is the best thing ever.

"if it ain't broke, why fix it?" (except for EST and ICS but let the haters hate on that)

:::

aside from the 10+ pounds that little stand must way, i don't really want to have to worry about catching one edge, let alone two, when i'm coming up a little short on my 2520 spins. say goodbye to buttering and any variation of a 50-50 as well as losing the feeling of the terrain. i'll also be passing on the $1,600 price tag for a board(s) that limits the type of terrain i can ride.

best of luck though.
for me, i'll stick with my BATALEON.

This was tried once; it was called the pet rock.

best of luck.

I've seen these

I've always heard people refer to them though as "skis."

uh oh

somebody has their finger on the pulse of gayness.

"We have now manufactured the next generation in performance, and the timing couldn’t be more perfect, since the past couple of years have shown that snowboarders are starting to leave snowboarding for Freeskiing. We are here to stop and reverse that trend."
