Last Spring, we announced our first ever board test, and 8 snowboard companies offered us boards for our first ever Fun-O-Meter board test. We took the boards out with groups of girls in Aspen/Snowmass, CO and Hunter, NY to try them out on varied terrain and conditions. What were we looking for? Fun!

Boards were graded based on how they performed in the conditions that the manufacturers claimed they were awesomely in, but most importantly on that intangible fun factor that just makes you go "WEEE!" all of the way down the run. We talked to our testers in depth about which boards they were the most excited about, and took special note of which boards they tried to convince us that they should just keep and ride forever. The following boards recieved the official Shred Betties "Super Fun!" Seal of Approval
