Vancouver, BC—Sweaty riders and skiers everywhere can breath a sigh of relief. Canadian clothing company NFA has introduced an exciting new odor-eliminating technology to its outerwear lineup. With Odor Ammo in your pocket, you’ll never have to worry about your outerwear smelling like a well-used hockey bag ever again.
Odor Ammo will debut in all NFA outerwear for the 2005/06 season. It’s a functional label that slips into a mesh pocket installed in all NFA jackets and pants. The label is made of Deoron fiber, a material that captures and eliminates odor caused by perspiration, smoke or any other stinky substance. Odor Ammo does not generate a scent—it actually absorbs odor-causing bacteria and kills it.
Chad Perrin, Option-NFA’s Marketing Manager, says he recently gave the technology a successful test drive at Washington’s Summit-at-Snoqualmie.
“I was hiking the pipe at Snoqualmie last week for three hours straight and sweating profusely,†explains Perrin. “When I got home, I put the label in my jacket’s pouch and left it overnight. When I woke up, the jacket smelled like a field of fresh powder.â€
It really is that simple. All the user needs to do is place the label in the mesh pocket overnight and the odor will magically disappear. Odor Ammo can also be placed in gloves or boots overnight to achieve the same results. The best part about Odor Ammo is that it's reusable. To refresh the odor label, simply wash it and return it to the mesh pocket. It’ll perform like it’s brand new.

shit stinks
Canadians know hockey and Canadians know when their hockey gear smells like shit. So i bet they know how to fix this little problem...
so . . .
So do I have to buy an NFA jacket just to get this thing or can someone just buy it separately and throw it into any old jacket? If this thing really is as good as they're hyping it, common sense would say they could reach far beyond the snowboard outerwear market with this product to make bigger bucks.
.
I like the sound of this, my kit always stinks after a week away.
NFA is the best
Thats why next year I will be rocking an 06 NFA Treches Jacket in Lime Green and NFA Maxx'd Snow Denim Patns. I'll post some pix.
Well
It seems as if you buy them seperately, then put them in a specially designed pouch in the NFA jacket. I suppose you could just buy the odour ammo pouch and stick it in any old jacket, but it may not work unless its in the specially designed NFA holder.
