mad river's jumps blew out the hiney this year when i was there for the MWX series. Even the big air jump sucked. It was basically a step-down onto a seriously flat landing. The head park guy SALTED THE LANDING because "thats what we do at Windells"...failing to realize that the reason they do that is to keep the slush from becoming a puddle...in the winter this is not a problem. Props do go to them for actually setting rails up "street" style..instead of the constant ride-on style that we always get here in the Midwest.
