The new Foam Pit at Windells camp was a huge success with campers for the first session of Summer 2005. The Pit is located in BOB, the GIANT "Buliding Out Back" which was nothing but a big street course last summer. Over the winter they transformed BOB into one of the greatest indoor skateparks in the Northwest, complete with the infamous foam pit.

"This is 'bout the best thing that's ever happened to this place since snow," said Head Coach Pat A. about the new indoor facility.

The Foam Pit includes three roll in's and five different ways to enter: 2 hips, 1 ledge, 2 launches and 1 slant bank. The new skatepark has already seen lots of action as its inaugural event "Skate the Mountain” took place in March. Skate Coach Tim Eberly (below) and others put on a show for local skaters, and the Volcom and IPATH sponsor tents were fun, with activities all day for the spectators.
