MTV's "Made" Snowboarding Episode
Featuring "The Dingo" Airs (this coming) Wednesday, July 13th
South Lake Tahoe, California: Can 17-year-old Amanda Barnes of Carson City, Nevada be "MADE" into a snowboarder by Australian coach Luke Trembath in six weeks?
Amanda, the prissy prima donna daughter of a high school basketball coach turns to the one known as the "Dingo" for guidance, support and instruction in the ways of the shred.
"Snowboarding is one of the hardest things I ever tried to do...I wanted to quit...every muscle in my body was in pain," Amanda recalls.
Can she make it through gnarly days at Heavenly Ski Resort and debaucherous nights at snowboarding's notorious party hotel THE BLOCK?

yeah
i watched it, it was fairly gay the things they did on it, but i still repesct the dingo all the same. they made he "train" hard core on a wood block, like how youd jsut play around on at home.it was kinda weird that she could carve her "first" day. i mean the whole show was ovously rigged. i dont know if anyone else noticed, but it said something like Day 18 April 15th: weedend without dingo. yeah, well on the show the dingo had to leave to go to the open, which he did again acnounce with steeze, but, the open is march 18-21 ......hmmmmm, ovously some weird timing issue there. all this type of shit is bringing snowboaring more and more into the lime light, look at skateboarding, now theres tons of pepsi or random ads that have a skater in them, i might be wrong but seems like five years ago that wasnt the case, but whatever. she waned to snowboard for all the wrong reaons though, and gaurentee she didnt keep shredding.

yeah.
and she got a whole bunch of cool ass grenade shit. im not that good, ill go on made and get better to get some free good stuff.
word
I would've liked to have seen her try out some more terrain and stuff, but oh well. She did get hooked up with gear. Something at the commercial break said 403 kids wrote in to Made just to become snowboarders. Crazy ish.
nope
"Dingo" and the grenerds represented snowboarders well. While it wouldve been cool for them to ride different terrain rather than just a box it was fun to watch and well done considering the show and the network.
B.F.
grenade gear
What is the name of the goggles she got? I know it's a grenade brand...but does anyone know the name of the goggles?
