ive got one on my board and its not half bad. it actually makes setting up your stance a little easie cause you cand screw your bindings in part way and then slide the bindings around. i was having problems with my bindings loosening and changing position on me but i emailed capita about it and it turned out i just had to use a different kind of screw.i fixed that annd now its solid as a rock
by the way they still make the freedom groove on the LCW board.
