DVS is proud to welcome Eero Ettala to its 2005/2006 snow team. Coming out of Helsinki, Finland, Eero is best known for his explosive style and technical spins.

"The whole team has been backing him from the get go,” said Ricky Melnik, DVS snow team manager. “Once I had the chance to ride with him, I knew he needed to be a part of the crew."

Rumor has it that Eero might have first part in this year’s Mack Dawg film, With Love from MDP. You can also see Eero’s earlier parts in White Balance, Straight Jacket or Diary of a Madman. His recent accomplishments include taking first at this year’s Toyota Big Air event held in Japan, also taking first at the Big Air competition in Brazil (the first Southern Hemisphere Event of 2005 TTR Professional Freestyle Snowboard Tour) and not only did he win 10,000 Euros in Brazil, he also won an invitation to the 2006 TTR World Snowboard Event, Nescafe Open Champs in Leysin.
When Eero’s visiting the states you can usually find him eating "IN-N-OUT" animal style burgers or munching down as many Taco Bell tacos as he can fit in his stomach.
