Good boarding in Washington?

Heay everyone. Since I'm new here to Washington State, I was wondering if you guys and gals could tell me where some good boarding is at here. I'm newer, only boarded 13 times. Don't want someplace too crowded, ... or 45 buck a pop.
Also, any places good for kids,..have places fhr them to sled?
Any ideas or thoughts would be great!

You are in luck

Washington has traditionally been one of the best states for snow (last year was a notable exception.) There are a bunch of resorts around seattle (within an hour) plus Mt. Baker, an hour inland of Bellingham is hearalded as many in the know as the best snowboarding resort on the planet. Also, look into season passes if you are close to a resort as it will pay for itself after only a few days riding.
