STORMSHOW PREMIERE @ JACKSON HOLE

The harvest season always brings a fresh crop of snowboard films to the industry, and this weekend there was one in particular that took Jackson Hole by storm. “Falling Forward”, the new flick by Storm Show Studios out of Jackson Hole premiered on Saturday evening at the Snow King Center. In attendance were pros like Willie McMillon, Rob Kingwill, Kelly D. Williams, Lance Pitman, Keegan Pfeil, and a host of other shred fiends.

Keegan Pfeil & friends impressed by his ability to ride away unscathed from a spooky avalanche in the Tetons. Watch the vid to see the footage.

As always, tons of accolades were given out, friends exchanged encouraging words about the upcoming season, and the community collectively paid respect to the loss of close friend & fellow snowrider, Brent Newton. There was a silent auction fundraiser for the Brent Newton Memorial Foundation, which helps local kids who otherwise wouldn’t have the means, experience the life-changing joys of skiing & snowboarding. Kelly Dee Williams had some original artwork on display for the silent auction, Inner Visions of the Virgin Islands provided the feelgood tunes, and grins were plentiful at the conclusion of the evening as we all departed into the chilly night with a new stoke for the 05/06 season.
