SNOWBOARD.com SUCKS!

Iam a member of www.snowboard.com, i only joined the site recently and i'm already sick to death of it! there is an abundance of people or should i say whores on the site that don't know the first thing about snowboarding nor seem the slightest bit interested in it. in fact they seem to be interested in anything but snowboarding. people have mentioned their interests in music, movies, the opposite sex, even stripping! but only about 40% of the people on the site actually express an interest in snowboarding. it has also become more of a dating site than a snowboarding site. i frequently see pictures of chicks asses, tits and any other part of their body they feel the need to share with the rest of the world posted on their profiles. guys are doing it too, having pics of their abs and stuff. it just pisses me off and is extremely lame. thats why snowboard-mag rocks my socks! it's real snowboarders on here. not just fakes and skanks that are completely obsessed with image, instead of snowboarding!

At least myspace doesn't try to front as a snowboard site. It knows what it is—and it's cool with that. I got much respect for myspace as a business model. That guy's cleanin up.

i totally agree with this topic. i can't count how many pics i've seen of kids posing with their goggles and bandanas infront of their webcams.
but it makes me appreciate comming here knowing this place is in good hands and we don't have everyone flashing their unmentionables.

ive been a member of snowboard.com for 6 years now, since the very beginning. ive watched the site go through many changes and grow to a huge population of retarded numbnuts. but through the years i have had many good times and met some very extaordinary people. i dont regret becoming a member but i do sympathize with you tremendously on the amount of whores that have made their way to that particular site.
