I'm Shannon aka Shayboarder or Shay. This is my 13th season snowboarding. I grew up in the Pac Northwest riding STevens, Alpental, Crystal, Baker and Hood in the summers. I now live in the beautiful and mellow Steamboat Springs, CO where I freeride and hit up the powder days for epic tree runs.

My Love Snow Boarding and skiing and living in the UK means I have to rely on my local indoor snow centre (Chill Factor E in Manchester) for my fix but do try to get away on a boarding holiday during the winter to either France or Switzerland.

I am in to all sorts of stuff, in addition to Boarding and Skiing I used to be a bit of a skater chick but not so much these days, getting a bit old! I love anything outdoors really. I also follow football and am a Man Utd fan and keep up with everything at manutd.com or their Latest football scores. I also like the usual girls stuff like shopping for bags and shoes :-)

I'm a beginner. My kids got me interested in snowboarding. Used to ski, rollerblade and waterski and this just seemed like the next step. Now if I could just stop planting my face in the snow!

Woodward at Copper is a collaboration between Copper and Camp Woodward, offering Summer and Winter Camp Days, week-long Summer sessions, Drop-In Sessions and One Hit Wonders.

GET ON THE MOUNTAIN IN THE SUMMER!

Right now, Woodward at Copper is registering folks for week-long Summer Camps where campers will enjoy indoor features of The Barn with the outdoor features of the summer edition of Catalyst Terrain Park. The Woodward at Copper Barn is a 20,000 square foot indoor training facility, that gives campers access to Snowflex® ramps, foam pits, trampolines, spring floors and indoor skateboard features. Progression is Inevitable at Woodward at Copper.

Summer 2009 Schedule*

June 14 – 20 Woodward at Copper Session 1

The first week of Woodward at Copper summer camp will be geared towards adults, women and competitive teams. Athletes will be coached; however there will be no overnight counselors or Copper activities during this Session.

June 21 – 27 Woodward at Copper Session 2

June 28 – July 4 Woodward at Copper Session 3

July 5 – 11 Woodward at Copper Session 4

July 12 – 18 Woodward at Copper Session 5

Sessions 2 through 5 are open for participants aged 10-18 and will include the complete summer camp offering with counselors and all Copper activities. A typical day during summer camp will include skiing or riding at Copper’s summer version of the Catalyst terrain park, Barn sessions throughout the day and night (with access to Snowflex® ramps, foam pits, trampolines, spring floors and indoor skateboard features), and many additional recreational activities including skate tours, rock climbing, rafting, music, hiking and more.

Session 6

Session 6 is open for participants aged 8-12 and will include the complete summer camp offering with counselors and all Copper activities.

Find me front row....b-boy/b-girl (basically the 4 elements of hip hop), ART, drawing...oooh ooh video games! hot girls with tats i.e. Megan Fox...oh and MOVIE and MUSIC junkie! Video games, Rob Dyrdek, fighting with my 85 lb 8 month Rottie, puppies...traveling, video games, Rob Dyrdek...did I mention Rob Dyrdek and video games? =)

I am a graphic and web designer/developer and working in a small company here in sydney. Also a webmaster of weight loss pills website. I'll be flying to hong kong soon for a small trip. (If you're asking for my travel. I was in italy and belarus 2 year before and loved both. Planning to visit eurpoe again soon.

Just out of college and not ready to feel old. I want to ride Crested Butte, Jackson Hole, and Snowbird because they are close and I haven't yet.

Aside from snowboarding I really enjoy playing and watching football and tennis. I'm quite a nerd when it comes to needing to know the score of several different games at the same time (can only watch one at a time). Two sites I found quite useful for this are the Live Football Scores site which offers live soccer scores and the Live Tennis Scores which offers the same for tennis.
