We are the ColoradoBoarder, Colorado's oldest snowboard shop in Crested Butte. We have been selling snowboarding gear since 1987. The Colorado Boarder is rider owned and operated. Most of our employees ride 100 days a year. Our main offices and warehouse, e-commerce facility and one of our three stores is located slopeside Mt. Credted Butte. In the off seasons and summers you can generally find our crew out exploring the backcountry on motorcycles. The extensive single track system in the upper valley allows for riders of all abilities to venture high in the mountains.

We have also been known to head south thirty miles to the Blue Mesa, Colorado's largest body of water. With water temps in the low 60's you can find us surfing the wake behind the boat. Yes, thats right wakeboarding and skating at 8,000ft. If you can bear the cold it's quite good!

I am a retired soldier, lost my left arm to an rpg in Fallujah, Iraq on Veterans Day, Nov 11 of 2004. Started snowboarding a year after I was hurt and now I can't go to sleep at night without thinking about shredding fresh trails.
