eesa Lux Layering, the brand to turn first layer on it’s head by creating the lifestyle performance category, just held their first annual sales meeting in their home town of Waterbury, Vermont. Thanks to Cleary and the eesa family, I found myself with an invitation and a ticket to come and attend the festivities. Responsible parties; Cleary (founder, marketing & sales enabler), Agatha Kessler (sales & marketing enabler), Julianne Bayer (product enabler), Lorena Chamberlin (apparel design enabler), Jessie Vukoson (apparel design enabler) and Kevin Dopp (apparel design enabler). This turned out to be a weekend to remember...
After ripping a couple of laps at opening day up at Breckenridge I hauled ass to the airport. Don't we love the airport?! Yeah, well after almost missing my first flight I was pumped to sit back and enjoy the ride. Just half way through my connecting flight I noticed my neighbor to the right, Dan Sorcinelli, busting out the new issue of SNOWBOARD MAG. Now this had been a lonely trip w/out any of the most recent issues in my laptop bag. (Lucky, Nate, can ya help me out here?) Never before meeting Dan I simply leaned over and asked "Who got the cover"? A simple reply, "Kass". Little did I know Dan was in town for the eesa sales meeting. Dan maintains the northwest territory. Great Adidas Dan.
