Well what can I say? I know, it’s a long way too the top if you wanna rock and roll! That’s exactly what we did today and well, the last two weeks, rock and roll that is.

Mt Bachelor has been getting dealt winter conditions like it was January. We have been under fire with storm after storm of the most glorious snow. I love it! If you get a chance you should check out the NW Winter Wonderland, Mt Bachelor. We have an incredible snow base so spring is looking epic. The parks and pipe are in prime form and with Spring break just behind us you are guaranteed no lift lines. In case you are interested, on April 11th they have their free shred day. They are also offering a $99 rest of the spring pass which goes on sale April 7th. Check out mtbachelor.com where you will find the details. This Saturday April 5th is also the “Riders for the Cure” rail jam, which goes to help fight breast cancer. All I can say is come and play. Oh here are some photos of our day today! Pow in the morning and park in the afternoon. Good times!

Snowrider Superpipe Classic and NW Series Finals

Snowrider Superpipe NWseries

The Northwest Series comes to an exciting conclusion at the Snowrider Superpipe Classic on March 15 at The Summit at Snoqualmie. For 4 years the Snowrider Superpipe Classic has been the premier pipe event in Washington drawing riders from all over the Northwest and Southern BC and this looks to raise the bar even more. With $5000 on the line for the Pro categories, a ton of great product from over 30 sponsors and an amazing after-party from Scion and Red Bull, this is shaping up to be the event of the spring. All the while raising money and awareness for the Snowrider Project’s Seattle Chapter in their ongoing work to educate and “keep in clean, upstream”.

Fog held long enough for women to compete, giving Neil the chance to win. Molly Wilson (Basalt, CO) finished second, followed by Sarris McComb (Alberton, MT) in third.

The tour kicked off Friday with men's and women's snowboardcross. U.S. Snowboarding's Robert Minghini (South Lake Tahoe, CA) won the men's competition. Joseph Tomlinson (Park City, UT) finished second, and Paul Henderson (Murrieta, CA) was third.

U.S. Cellular Rail Jam in Bend, Oregon

Words: Scotty the body

The U.S. Cellular Rail Jam went down in Bend Oregon on February the 9th hosted by filming extraordinaire Pete Alport and his trusty crew. These days rail jams are a dime a dozen but I must say that the set up these boys came up with was original and created a lot of stellar riding.

We showed up right before the contest started and the set up was insane. A 20 foot ride in bomb drop with three choices for your line was what these boys were facing. Judged by badass bend local Ross Weaver and his homies this spot was legit.
